Once Accepted


RadiographyStudents must attend the scheduled orientation. This meeting is generally held in April prior to the first summer semester. You will receive information about the orientation session (including date, time, and location) in your program acceptance letter. Attendance is mandatory. 

Students are required to pass a physical examination and receive required immunizations/TB testing prior to the beginning of the Radiography Program. The physical must be documented on the Radiography Program health certificate. Students are also required to submit a drug screen as well as complete a background and employment verification check via the online portal, Certified Profile (castle Branch). Students will receive more information concerning the online portals at the orientation.  Please see the required forms below.

Students also must have and maintain a current BLS CPR card (American Heart Association, Health Care Provider level).

Please note: All requirements must be satisfied in order to become part of the radiography cohort. If the requirements are not met, the student will not be able to continue in the program.
