POLICIES FOR THE RADIOGRAPHY PROGRAM AFTER ACCEPTANCE:
Students must attend the scheduled orientation. This meeting is generally held in April prior to the first summer semester. You will receive information about the orientation session (including date, time, and location) in your program acceptance letter. Attendance is mandatory.
Students are required to pass a physical examination and receive required immunizations/TB testing prior to the beginning of the Radiography Program. The physical must be documented on the Radiography Program health form. Students are also required to submit a drug screen as well as complete a background and employment verification check via the online portal, Certified Profile (castle Branch). The forms will be available on the background portal, Certified Profile (Castle Branch).
Students also must have and maintain a current BLS CPR card (American Heart Association, Health Care Provider level) as well as the following training prior to the first day of class: HIV/AIDS 4 hr, HIPPA 1 hr, Infection Control 1hr, Prevention of Medical errors 2 hr, domestic violence 2 hr.

Please note: All requirements must be satisfied in order to become part of the radiography
cohort. If the requirements are not met, the student will not be able to continue
in the program.
