Residency Appeal Process
A student who has documentation other than the items listed on the Residency Classification form that he/she believes may meet the qualifications for in-state residency for tuition purposes, may request a "Request for In-State Tuition Consideration" appeal form. This form is available at all NWF State College campus locations and upon completion should be submitted to the Coordinator of Enrollment Services & Testing, Building C1, Niceville Campus. The appeal will be reviewed by the Residency Appeal Committee who will render the final residency determination and the student will be notified, in writing, of the committee's decision.
