American Heart Association Training Center
Northwest Florida State College is an approved American Heart Association training center providing the following:
- Heartsaver Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid/AED/CPR
- Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Classes are held on the Niceville Campus every Friday from 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. All other courses are offered at various times throughout the semester. More information and online registration.
All students must have the current appropriate AHA course textbook for their individual use before, during, and after the course. Students must bring a book to class in order to be able to participate. Books are available for purchase at the NWFSC bookstore.
