Meeting Room Pricing

The fee for these meeting rooms includes: one hour set up time prior to event and one hour after event for clean-up, personnel to take down all table and chair arrangements, utilities, on-duty personnel and restroom maintenance. Additional charges may apply for any special events outside NWF State College business hours or when the college is officially closed. Please note that our facilities/special events policy is as follows:

Times when outside events normally will not be scheduled. (Exceptions may be granted):

  • Sundays
  • Days on which the college is officially closed
  • One day preceding or following registration period
  • One day preceding or following examination periods
  • One week preceding or following closure of the campus for Christmas/New Year's Holidays
  • One day preceding or following a holiday on which the college has been closed
