CTS 2162C WINDOWS CLIENT OPERATING SYSTEM
This course addresses the implementation and desktop support needs of the MS client software, including installation, configuration and management of hardware and file systems, user profiles, remote users, and monitoring of resources and performance. Preparation for 70-620 exam (VISTA) or 70-680 (Win 7). Recommended level of knowledge: CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.

CTS 1347C WINDOWS SERVER 2008 NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
This course addresses the configuration of Windows Server network infrastructure. Topics covered include: routing and remote access, network access protection, network authentication, IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, DHCP, DNS, WINS, DFS, IPSec, and security. Recommended level of knowledge CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, and Win client operating system. This course prepares the student for the MCTS 70-642 exam, a core requirement for MCITP: SA.

CTS 2302C WINDOWS SERVER 2008 ACTIVE DIRECTORY
This course addresses configuring, managing, and supporting user and computer accounts, groups, DNS zones, and client settings; group policy objects; Lightweight directory service and Rights Management service; backup and recovery; and communication security. Recommended level of knowledge CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, and Win client operating system. This course prepares the student for the MCTS 70-640 exam, a core requirement for MCITP: SA.

CTS 2346C WINDOWS SERVER 2008 ADMINISTRATION
This course provides students with the skills required to administer a Windows server. It assumes a basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory services. Topics covered include: server deployment, installation of server roles, security, DFS, server backups and restores, and troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues. Recommended knowledge level: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Win client operating system. This course prepares the student for the MCTS 70-646 exam, a core requirement for MCITP: SA.

CTS 2343C WINDOWS SERVER 2008 APPLICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
This course examines Windows Deployment Services, which enables the remote deployment of Win operating systems and the Key Management Service, which simplifies client activation. Topics covered include deploying and configuring services and virtual machines. Recommended level of knowledge: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Win client operating system. This course prepares the student for the MCTS 70-643 exam, a core requirement for Windows MCITP: EA.

CTS 2342C WINDOWS SERVER 2008 ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATION
This course examines the role of the enterprise administrator, responsible for the overall IT environment and architecture. Topics include network infrastructure, directory services, identity management, authentication, security policies, and business continuity. Recommended level of knowledge: CompTIA A+, Network +, Security+ and Win client operating system, and the courses for the preceding exams (70-680, 70-642, 70-640, 70-643). This course prepares the student for the MCTS 70-647 exam, a core requirement for Windows MCITP: EA.

CTS 1156C DESKTOP SUPPORT
This course introduces the helpdesk skills to troubleshoot software operation and application problems for end users on the desktop or client-side, based on the Windows operating system. It is designed to help prepare the student to take the two core exams (70-620 and 70-622) required for certification as a MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician. Recommended level of knowledge: CompTIA A+ and Win client operating system. Students should have user-level competency with MS Office.
