Each organization will be provided with a table and two chairs.  Please be aware that all areas are outdoors under tree canopies.  You may elect to bring your own pop-up tents, table and chairs, etc.  Please note that there will be no electrical power available.

By submitting this Exhibitor Registration, you certify that you are legally entitled to enter into contracts that bind the organization named.  You certify that your organization will comply with all the state, county, and city ordinances and is solely responsible for the proper filing of all fees, obtaining permits and inspections required in the interest of health and safety pertaining to the 5th Annual Choctawhatchee Estuary Family Festival at Rocky Bayou State Park on April 27th, 2013.

It is understood that the Mattie M. Kelly Cultural & Environmental Institute of Northwest Florida State College, Rocky Bayou State Park, and the Friends of Emerald Coast State Parks will not be held liable for any damages by the person, their products or organization designated herein as the name of the business listed above. Exhibitor shall indemnify and save NWFSC harmless from any and all suits which may be brought against NWFSC, either alone or in conjunction with others, upon any such liability or claim, and shall satisfy, pay, and discharge any and all judgments and fines that may be recovered against NWFSC in any action or actions; provided, however, that NWFSC shall give exhibitor written notice of any such claim or demand. 

NWFSC is a public entity entitled to the privilege of sovereign immunity except to the extent it has been waived by Florida Statute 768.28.
