Notice of Acceptance or Denial
An official notice of acceptance or denial will be sent to applicants. Applicants should not make definite plans to arrive in the U.S. until he/she has been notified of acceptance to the college. Being in the U.S. will not affect the admission decision. Completing the application process does not guarantee acceptance to Northwest Florida State College.
A notice of acceptance will contain the Form I-20 which the applicant must take to the nearest U.S. Consul to request a F1 or M1 student visa. Final approval for a student visa is made by a U.S. consular official and not the college. If the student cannot enroll for the semester written in the notice of acceptance and wishes to enroll in a different semester, International Student Admissions must be informed immediately.
