Recruiting Coordinator-

This is a temporary, seasonal position (12 weeks) with full time hours- weekend hours may be required.

We’re searching for a self-motivated, creative, and resourceful team member who will help us develop and shape an amazing candidate and employment experience from day one. You will provide support for the end-to-end recruiting process while partnering closely with internal Recruiter, HR Generalists, Hiring Managers, internal and external candidates.


•Partner with field based recruiter throughout the entire recruiting process including but not limited to: Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, organizing travel, sending candidate assignments, working with hiring managers on interview panels and preparing any necessary interview/offer or recruitment related documents. •Work with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and/or HR on any local or national advertising, job postings, job fairs, community outreach and networking, mailings or other methods of attracting local candidates for new and replacement positions •May assist recruiters with conducting phone screens or setting up on demand video interviews for qualified candidates •Reaches out to past associates to determine current status and interest in returning to Wyndham for new/upcoming season •Responsible for updating and maintaining application records in our applicant tracking system, Taleo •Partners with recruiters on ensuring any Employee Referrals or Internal candidates have the proper documentation for processing •Works closely with HR Coordinators on new hire processing and hand off •Provides support to recruiters on Job Fairs/Talent Center coordination, set-up and management •Other duties as assigned
