This program focuses on advanced leadership topics in the area of Project Management. The upper-level coursework includes applied management practices, in organizational development, ethics, leadership development, finance, and human relations.  Students are able to apply acquired knowledge, skills and competencies in their technical fields.  Within the coursework, student learn the management of demand forecasting, production planning, inventory control, project management, logistics, supply chain management and quality control. Applicants for the Management and Supervisions BAS program must have earned an Associate in Science (A.S) or Associate in Arts degree (A.A.) from a regionally accredited institution.
