Welcome

Human Resources is committed to supporting the mission and goals of the College. Our objective is to provide Northwest Florida State College employees with services that both improve and enhance their quality of work and life.

Human Resources accepts applications for full-time employment for current vacancies only. Application forms are available online or in person from the Human Resources office. Applications will be retained for two years, and then destroyed. Unsolicited applications and resumes will be returned to the applicant.

Recruitment, selection and employment of personnel is based on equal access/equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, marital status, or national origin. Once employed, Human Resources provides orientation sessions as a means of enhancing the effectiveness of personnel. These sessions include information on policies, procedures, benefits, and compensation.

Human Resources is also responsible for processing the fingerprints and criminal background checks for all new employees as required by the President for the purpose of providing a safe and secure student and employee environment. Click here for Fingerprints and Criminal Background Checks.
