Mattie M. Kelly Environmental Institute at NWF presents 10th annual Family Estuary Festival

NICEVILLE, FL- On Saturday, April 8, the Mattie M. Kelly Environmental Institute of NWF State College will host its Family Estuary Festival for the tenth year in a row.MKEI festival

The Family Estuary Festival is an educational event that brings together passionate entities, partners and the community during a day of fun to learn about various aspects of our environment. Event guests will have the opportunity to participate in interactive activities, including kayak tours and t-shirt making. Winners of the MKEI photo contest will also be announced.

This event will take place at Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park in Niceville along the Choctawhatchee Bay from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Family Estuary Festival is free and open to the public and Boy Scouts of America will be providing food options for purchase.
