Presidential Search Finalists
- Northwest Florida Board of Trustees will meet in special session on March 22, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. for dinner and 6:00 p.m. for special business meeting for the purpose of continuing the selection process for the position of President of Northwest Florida State College, NWFSC, Niceville, Building K/Gallery.
- The Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session on the following dates to interview Presidential candidates. On March 8 and 10 Trustees will meet at 5:00 p.m. for a light supper in the College Gallery, Building K, Niceville Campus and then at 5:45 p.m. for candidate interview in the College Gallery, Building K. On March 19, 2010, the dinner and interview will be held in Learning Resources Center (LRC) room 131, Niceville Campus, Florida.
- NWFSC will host an open forum and reception with each of the finalists in the Presidential search on the following dates, March 9 (Dr. Ty Handy), March 10 (Dr. Bill Coppola) & March 19 (Dr. Bill Kibler) at 3:30 pm in the Learning Resources Center (LRC) Room 128.
Search Advisory Committee & Board of Trustees
- The Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session on the following dates to interview Presidential candidates. - The Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session on March 2, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. for dinner and 5:45 for special session in the College Mall Gallery, Building K, NWFSC, Niceville Campus, Niceville, Florida for the purpose of the Academic Search Consultant to update the Trustees on the Presidential search progress and to discuss the interview process with the Trustees.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on February 25, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and February 26, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on the second floor conference rooms (#1-4) at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport in Valparaiso to interview candidates for college President.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on January 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in LRC-128, at the Niceville Campus.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on January 8, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. in LRC-128, at the Niceville Campus.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on December 4, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in LRC-128, at the Niceville Campus.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. in LRC-128, at the Niceville Campus (previously scheduled for 10/09/09).
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on October 9, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in LRC-128, at the Niceville Campus.
- The Northwest Florida State College Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on September 25, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in LRC-128, Niceville Campus.

- NWFSC Presidential Search Public Forum: Wed., September 30, 11:30 a.m., NWFSC Chautauqua Center, 908 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs & Thursday, October 1, 6:00 p.m., NWFSC Niceville Campus, LRC (library), Room 128, 100 College Blvd., Niceville. A consultant from Academic Search, Inc. will host an open forum to give the public the opportunity to register their views about the college's future needs and priorities and the set of desired characteristics for a new college president.
