Minimum Qualifications:

Current in-field licensure plus minimum of 5 years of in-field work experience ;OR current in-filed licensure plus technical certificate or associate's and minimum of two years of in-field experience; OR current in-filed licensure plus bachelor's and minimum of one year of in-field work experience; OR Doctor of Dentistry
