Transfer Students

Transfer students who have official transcripts on file showing successful completion of college-level coursework in both English and mathematics do not need to take the PERT. However, if a transfer student has not successfully completed a college level English course with a grade of "C" or better, they will be required to take the Reading and Writing portions of PERT and score accordingly in order to enroll in a college level English course.
