Northwest Florida State College also recognizes that occasionally issues arise with members of the college community.  When such instances occur the college encourages the parties to attempt to reconcile their differences informally between themselves. If the informal approach doesn’t render an acceptable solution or an aggrieved isn’t comfortable with the informal approach then the following procedures must be utilized to notify the college of an official grievance.
