CITL Mission<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
The Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL) at Northwest Florida State College exists to provide engaging, impactful, and evidence-based experiences and resources to create a <\/span>vibrant college-wide culture of teaching and learning that fuels student success<\/span>.

The CITL will foster a community of continuous learning and collaboration by:<\/strong><\/div>\n

    Empowering faculty and staff to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences that prepare students for lifelong success and progress toward their desired career paths.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Cultivating excellence among faculty and staff through faculty development, recognition of exceptional performance, and promotion of collaboration and innovation to foster a sense of belonging and community.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Promoting faculty and staff engagement with the CITL to foster a culture centered on service and stewardship through the integration of service-learning opportunities.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
