My journey at NWFSC began as a student completing my Associate degree in 2014, I become a Math Tutor in 2016, and I have since progressed to the role of Assistant Professor. My experiences in various roles at the college have endowed me with a unique perspective, which I am eager to share with my students and colleagues.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span>My preferred strategy from the Qualitative Enhancement Program is implementing \u201cGroup Projects\u201d. I find that collaborative work not only fosters peer learning but also encourages students to independently employ other effective techniques such as &#8220;Think-Pair-Share&#8221; and &#8220;Interviewing&#8221; in their groups.
