Associate Degree in Nursing Program News
Applications are now open for Spring 2016 High School graduates. Please review the requirements found under the tab titled "Spring 2016 High School Graduates" in the menu to left of this announcement.
We are no longer accepting applications for the Fall 2016 NWF State College RN and
LPN to RN Programs. All Fall 2016 applicants have been notified by email whether they
have been accepted.
|Nursing Programs are Nationally Accredited|
The Associate in Nursing program at Northwest Florida State College has been awarded national accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
In addition, the RN to BSN program has been accredited since 2009 by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and went through the reaccreditation process in 2013-14 and was awarded an additional 10 years for continued accreditation until 2024. For information go the RN to BSN webpage.
The nursing programs at NWF State College have maintained continuous accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) since their inception.
