  1. Complete the Supplemental Information Form.
  2. Provide proof of High School or Secondary School Completion.
  • Admission to NWFSC requires that applicants demonstrate proof of completion of a level of education that is equal to or higher than a U.S. high school diploma.
    • Please send official high school transcripts to a NACES-accredited credential evaluation for translation and evaluation(https://www.naces.org/members). You will want to request the evaluation to be mailed directly to:

  • University or College credit – International transcript may be submitted for credit if evaluated by a NACES accredited organization.
  1. Proof of English Proficiency:
    • Official TOEFL scores required.
      • NWFSC requires a minimum score of 61 on the Internet-Based Test (IBT) for admission.
      • Students who have evidence of English proficiency in lieu of a passing TOEFL may submit an English Proficiency Exam Request form.
  2. Proof of Financial Support.
  3. Proof of Health Insurance:
    • Health Insurance – proof of health insurance beginning on date of travel.
  4. Valid Passport.
