- Pay $50 application fee.

- Complete the Supplemental Information Form.
- Provide proof of High School or Secondary School Completion.
- Admission to NWFSC requires that applicants demonstrate proof of completion of a level of education that is equal to or higher than a U.S. high school diploma.
- Please send official high school transcripts to a NACES-accredited credential evaluation for translation and evaluation(https://www.naces.org/members). You will want to request the evaluation to be mailed directly to:

- University or College credit – International transcript may be submitted for credit if evaluated by a NACES accredited organization.
- Proof of English Proficiency:
- Official TOEFL scores required.
- NWFSC requires a minimum score of 61 on the Internet-Based Test (IBT) for admission.
- Students who have evidence of English proficiency in lieu of a passing TOEFL may submit an English Proficiency Exam Request form.
- Official TOEFL scores required.
- Proof of Financial Support.
- Proof of Health Insurance:
- Health Insurance – proof of health insurance beginning on date of travel.
- Valid Passport.
