Length of Program:  The apprenticeship shall be approximately 8,000 hours of continuous on-the job employment (program will meet the needs of the students, adjusting hours to meet the accommodations of the industry demands)

Job Outlook and Salary: Overall employment of construction laborers and helpers is projected to grow 7% from 2020 – 2030, about as fast as the average for all occupations
